Our circuit training sessions are all heavily MMA focused

We use a variety of training techniques and equipment to give you a total body workout. Great for fitness; weight-loss and conditioning.

They are an excellent form of exercise and a very enjoyable manner in which to train.

We set up various stations on our matted areas including ground & pound bags; pad work; kettle-bells; crash mats; skipping ropes; free weights; tyres; hammers and jumping based platforms.
